RACK 01–04Group classes (Powerlifting, Olympic, Strongman, Conditioning) dibatasi 8 peserta. Rasio coach:member 1:8 max. Bukan grup 30+ yg nunggu giliran alat.
RATIO 1:8Akses penuh 7 hari. Tidak ada 'jam tutup untuk member'. Tidak ada 'hanya staff-hours'. Bisa train jam 5 pagi sebelum kerja atau jam 9 malam pulang kantor.

05 // 8-WEEK TRANSFORMATION
Path 8 minggu untuk member ROOKIE yang baru kenal strength training. Bukan template — diadjust per assessment minggu pertama.
InBody scan, mobility test, 5RM dasar (squat/bench/deadlift di beban awal). Coach bikin baseline number.
ASSESSSquat pattern, hip hinge, overhead press. 3×8 di beban ringan. Fokus: bracing, breathing, foot position.
PATTERNLinear progression dimulai. +2,5kg/sesi pada lower body, +1,25kg upper. Tracking di logbook IF-XXX.
+2,5KGDeadlift dari floor (sebelumnya rack pull). 5×5. Conditioning ditambah 1 sesi/minggu.
MILESTONE5×5 jadi 4×8 di beban moderat. Accessory: row, pull-up assisted, RDL, dumbbell press.
VOLIntensitas naik. 3×3 @ 85%, 5×5 @ 75%. Mobility & recovery jadi serius.
85%Mayoritas female ROOKIE achieve pull-up pertama di W6–W8. Male ROOKIE: bench bodyweight.
MILESTONERe-test 5RM. Rata-rata: squat +30–60kg, deadlift +40–80kg, bench +15–25kg dari W1.

Cocok banget. 40% member kami ada di program ROOKIE — kebanyakan beginner atau kembali setelah break. Group class STRENGTH dan COND di-tier berdasarkan kemampuan, bukan campur semua. Form check tiap class. Group class max 8 biar perhatian coach cukup.
Jam 17.30–19.30 weekday adalah peak, biasanya 25–35 member di floor — masih comfortable karena 650m². Kalau mau sepi banget: jam 05.00–07.00 weekday atau weekend sore. Tidak ada "jam tutup buat member".
Bisa. IRON & BEAST: freeze 1 bulan/tahun (untuk travel, cedera). ROOKIE (min 6 bulan): freeze tidak menambah kontrak. Request freeze min H-7.
PT 1-on-1 tersedia 05.00–21.00 weekday, 06.00–18.00 weekend. Booking via app atau WA coach langsung (kontak dikasih setelah sign-up). Rate PT ekstra Rp 400K/sesi (di luar kuota membership).
